ALICI: orbitofyou.com ödeme sayfasında ad-soyad, telefon ve e-posta bilgilerini beyan ederek satın alma işlemini tamamlayan gerçek kişi ("Alıcı").
2. Sözleşmenin Konusu
İşbu sözleşmenin konusu; Alıcı'nın orbitofyou.com üzerinden elektronik ortamda satın aldığı Orbit of You Premium dijital abonelik hizmetine ilişkin olarak, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri uyarınca tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerinin belirlenmesidir.
3. Hizmet ve Fiyatlar
- Haftalık Premium: ₺399 / hafta (veya $9.99 / hafta) — her hafta otomatik yenilenir
- Aylık Premium: ₺599 / ay (veya $14.99 / ay) — her ay otomatik yenilenir
Fiyatlara tüm vergiler dahildir. Abonelik, iptal edilmediği sürece seçilen dönemin sonunda kayıtlı karttan otomatik olarak yenilenir. Güncel fiyatlar ödeme sayfasında gösterilir.
4. Teslimat (İfa)
Hizmet dijitaldir; fiziksel teslimat yoktur. Ödemenin onaylanmasıyla birlikte abonelik anında tanımlanır: hesabınız yoksa e-posta adresinize otomatik olarak hesap açılır ve giriş şifreniz e-posta ile gönderilir; hesabınız varsa Premium mevcut hesabınıza bağlanır. Hizmete Orbit of You mobil uygulaması üzerinden erişilir.
5. Cayma Hakkı
Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 15/1-ğ maddesi uyarınca, elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen hizmetler ile tüketiciye anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi mallara ilişkin sözleşmelerde cayma hakkı kullanılamaz. Alıcı, ödeme adımında bu hususu kabul ederek hizmetin derhal ifasına onay verir. Bu istisna saklı kalmak üzere; hatalı, mükerrer veya yetkisiz tahsilatlar bildirim üzerine incelenir ve haklı bulunması hâlinde iade edilir.
6. Abonelik İptali
- Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz an info@orbitofyou.com adresine yazarak iptal edebilirsiniz.
- İptal, bir sonraki yenileme döneminden itibaren geçerli olur; mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar Premium erişiminiz devam eder.
- Yenileme tarihinden önce yapılan iptallerde bir sonraki dönem için tahsilat yapılmaz.
7. Ödeme
Ödemeler iyzico ödeme altyapısı üzerinden 256-bit SSL şifrelemesiyle alınır. Kart bilgileri Satıcı tarafından görülmez ve saklanmaz. Otomatik yenileme, Alıcı'nın kart saklama onayı verdiği iyzico altyapısı üzerinden gerçekleştirilir.
8. Uyuşmazlıkların Çözümü
İşbu sözleşmeden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda, Ticaret Bakanlığı'nca ilan edilen parasal sınırlar dahilinde Alıcı'nın yerleşim yerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ile Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.
9. Yürürlük
Alıcı, ödeme sayfasında işbu sözleşmeyi onaylayarak tüm koşulları kabul etmiş sayılır. Sözleşme, ödemenin tamamlanmasıyla yürürlüğe girer ve elektronik ortamda Satıcı tarafından saklanır.

BUYER: The natural person who completes a purchase on the orbitofyou.com checkout page by providing their name, phone number and e-mail address ("Buyer").
2. Subject
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Orbit of You Premium digital subscription purchased electronically via orbitofyou.com, pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
3. Service and Prices
- Weekly Premium: $9.99 / week (or ₺399 / week) — renews automatically every week
- Monthly Premium: $14.99 / month (or ₺599 / month) — renews automatically every month
All taxes are included. Unless cancelled, the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period using the saved card. Current prices are displayed on the checkout page.
4. Delivery (Performance)
The service is digital; there is no physical delivery. Upon payment confirmation the subscription is activated immediately: if you do not have an account, one is created automatically and your login password is e-mailed to you; if you do, Premium is attached to your existing account. The service is accessed through the Orbit of You mobile app.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic media and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer. By confirming payment, the Buyer consents to immediate performance. Erroneous, duplicate or unauthorised charges are investigated upon notice and refunded where justified.
6. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to info@orbitofyou.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal; Premium access continues until the end of the current period.
- No further charges are made if cancellation occurs before the renewal date.
7. Payment
Payments are processed via the iyzico payment infrastructure with 256-bit SSL encryption. Card details are never seen or stored by the Seller. Automatic renewals are performed by iyzico under the Buyer's card-storage consent.
8. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent for disputes arising from this agreement, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
9. Effect
By approving this agreement on the checkout page, the Buyer accepts all terms. The agreement enters into force upon completion of payment and is stored electronically by the Seller.
