1. Teslimat Şekli ve Süresi
Orbit of You Premium dijital bir abonelik hizmetidir; fiziksel ürün teslimatı ve kargo süreci yoktur. Ödemenin iyzico altyapısında onaylanmasıyla birlikte abonelik anında ve otomatik olarak tanımlanır:
- E-posta adresinizle kayıtlı bir hesabınız yoksa hesabınız otomatik oluşturulur ve giriş şifreniz e-posta adresinize gönderilir.
- Mevcut hesabınız varsa Premium, hesabınıza anında bağlanır.
- Hizmete Orbit of You mobil uygulaması üzerinden erişilir.
Teslimatta gecikme veya erişim sorunu yaşarsanız info@orbitofyou.com adresine yazmanız yeterlidir; talepler en geç 48 saat içinde yanıtlanır.
2. Cayma Hakkı
Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nin 15/1-ğ maddesi uyarınca, elektronik ortamda anında ifa edilen hizmetlerde ve tüketiciye anında teslim edilen gayrimaddi mallarda cayma hakkı kullanılamaz. Alıcı, ödeme adımında hizmetin derhal ifasına onay verir.
3. Abonelik İptali
- Aboneliğinizi dilediğiniz an info@orbitofyou.com adresine yazarak iptal edebilirsiniz.
- İptal, bir sonraki yenileme döneminden itibaren geçerli olur; mevcut dönemin sonuna kadar Premium erişiminiz sürer.
- Yenileme tarihinden önce iptal edilen aboneliklerde bir sonraki dönem için tahsilat yapılmaz.
4. İade Şartları
- Hatalı, mükerrer veya yetkisiz tahsilatlar: bildirim üzerine incelenir; haklı bulunması hâlinde tutarın tamamı iade edilir.
- Teknik nedenlerle hizmetin hiç sunulamaması: ilgili döneme ait ücret iade edilir.
- İade talepleri info@orbitofyou.com adresine, işlem tarihi ve ödeme bilgileriyle iletilir.
- Onaylanan iadeler, ödemenin yapıldığı karta iyzico üzerinden yapılır; tutarın karta yansıması bankanıza bağlı olarak 7–14 iş günü sürebilir.
5. Uyuşmazlıklar
Uyuşmazlıklarda, Ticaret Bakanlığı'nca ilan edilen parasal sınırlar dahilinde Alıcı'nın yerleşim yerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri ile Tüketici Mahkemeleri yetkilidir.

1. Delivery Method and Time
Orbit of You Premium is a digital subscription service; there is no physical shipment. Once the payment is confirmed by the iyzico infrastructure, the subscription is activated instantly and automatically:
- If no account exists for your e-mail address, one is created automatically and your login password is e-mailed to you.
- If you already have an account, Premium is attached to it immediately.
- The service is accessed through the Orbit of You mobile app.
If you experience any delay or access issue, write to info@orbitofyou.com; requests are answered within 48 hours.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 15/1-ğ of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic media and intangible goods delivered instantly. The Buyer consents to immediate performance at checkout.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time by writing to info@orbitofyou.com.
- Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal; Premium access continues until the end of the current period.
- No further charges are made if cancellation occurs before the renewal date.
4. Refund Terms
- Erroneous, duplicate or unauthorised charges: investigated upon notice and fully refunded where justified.
- Complete failure to provide the service for technical reasons: the fee for the affected period is refunded.
- Refund requests are sent to info@orbitofyou.com with the transaction date and payment details.
- Approved refunds are issued via iyzico to the card used for payment; depending on your bank it may take 7–14 business days to appear.
5. Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are competent, within the monetary limits announced by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
